It is time for the collection of the Vintage Estates Homeowner’s Association dues.The Homeowner’s Association dues will be $850 per household. The dues will cover the period from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024.
Your check must be received no later than May 15, 2023. Residents are subject to a late charge of $100 if the dues are not received by the deadline. Any checks that are received after June 30, 2023 are subject to a late charge of $250.
Please make your check payable to Vintage Estates Homeowner’s Association. The Board has felt that we have enough reserve funds to cover any unanticipated expenses that may arise. Please forward your check to the following:

The Board would also like to remind everyone of the following:
- Operation of any off-street motorized vehicle of any kind is not permitted.
- Please pick up after your dog.
- Please replace your burned out light bulbs on your outside lamp posts.
- As a courtesy to your neighbors, please limit the hours that contractors are working outdoors (including lawn care and roof replacements/repair) on weekdays to begin no earlier than 8 am and on weekends to begin no earlier than 9 am.
- Please remove your garbage cans and recycling bins from the street on the same day as the garbage collection.
